Use of the Site

The Site is provided for general informational purposes — to learn about the shop, its barbers, location, and how to book or contact us. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

• interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site;
• use automated means to scrape or harvest content except as permitted by our robots file;
• misuse the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or infringe the rights of others.

Bookings and walk-ins

Boomin’ is a chair-rental shop. Appointments are made through each barber’s own booking provider, which you reach by leaving this Site. Prices, availability, services, cancellation rules, and the appointment itself are arranged between you and the individual barber — not through this Site. We do not guarantee availability of any barber, time, or service shown. Walk-in availability is not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including the Boomin’ Barbershop name, logo, text, graphics, layout, and design — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site or its branding without our prior written permission.

Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party websites and services, including barbers’ booking pages, social media, and embedded maps. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is governed by their terms and policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that information on it is accurate, complete, or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boomin' Barbershop and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boomin' Barbershopfrom any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the “Effective” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
